After working at a leading international law firm in downtown Chicago for many years, Brian’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to open his own firm in 2023. Brian’s biglaw background, trial experience, passion, and focus have proved a recipe for success, resulting in favorable outcomes for his broad range of clients. Brian’s clients include real estate developers, retail stores, restaurants, startup businesses, licensed professionals (e.g., doctors, engineers, and lawyers), victims of motor vehicle and other accidents causing personal injury, and various trusts and estates, including the trust and estate of Chicago legend Ernie Banks. Brian’s firm is also partnered with the law firm Favil David Berns & Associates for all personal injury, criminal, and estate planning matters, where he works side-by-side with their partners, Louis Berns and Baron Harmon.

Brian attended the University of Wisconsin Law School where he graduated magna cum laude and earned a membership with the prestigious national legal honor society, The Order of the Coif. He was an editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, a member of the Moot Court Executive Board, and active in the Wisconsin Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic.

When away from work, Brian enjoys spending his free time taking his dog Lylla on adventures, entertaining his cat Basil, and volunteering for animal welfare organizations. You can also find him attending Bulls, Bears, Cubs and Blackhawks games, running and biking the Lake Shore Drive path and 606 trail, or exploring nature preserves.
